Pork Binagoongan

It tastes good, if I say so myself, but it still does not compare to what my mom used to make. She made pork binagoongan from scratch opting to use uncooked/unprocessed bagoong alamang. It took a longer time to cook but the result was always well worth the wait.
Speaking of bagoong…what I wouldn’t give right now to have a geniune Philippine green mango…mmmmm!
