This is hubby’s favorite noodle dish. It has been some time since I last made it because everytime I do he’ll say, “This is really good but…” Argh! There’s not enough sauce, there’s too much vegetables, the cabbage is too crispy…take your pick. Anyway, I found a pack of canton noodles stashed deep inside one of the cupboards (I wonder why) and there were veggies handy so I mustered up enough courage to cook it for lunch.

So what’s the verdict? Same old comment sans the “but.” :D
